I have been working for an automotive engineering company that has JLR as a large customer...so have been wanting a JLR vehicle for a LONG time...finally, the 2016 Disco Sport was coming out. I waited from May to Sept and then it arrived.

Unfortunately, I have had a lot of problems already, so crossing my fingers this resolves :(

Engine light has come on 2x after using the inControl app to start my car (24 and 17 degrees F) - same engine temperature code error. First time they changed the engine thermometer, this time they are stumped....anyone else with this problem.

Sorry to hear that. I live in MN and remote start my car every time I leave work. Definitely done it in some sub zero temps. I have never got an error message.engine light. Hopefully they get it straightened out for ya!

You might want to try opening up a case with JLR USA (or where ever you are located) chances are it will help the process. At times companies have to send engineers out to diagnose issues that dealer techs are unable to figure out.

Yes. Press the call for service button in the App and tell them the issue. They sent a tech to my dealer for my issue with my hitch.
