I have the 3rd row option and love it.
At times especially during the holidays, I have extra guests and need to transport for a short distance 7 people.
When you don't use it, then it fold flat and gives me rear cargo space..
Would you know by any chance if the back seat leg room is the same
in a two row DS and in Three row when the thrid row is folded flat and the
second row is pushed back all the way as far as possible?
It seems in the pictures int he brochure that there is more leg room in three row one when the third row is folded.
My dealer told me that I would get a better resale price when I sold it. It doesn't bother me. I actually used it one when I took a bunch of kids on an excursion.

There is not much leg room and also the seat is very low, close to the ground. I am short (5 feet, 6 inch) , had difficulty sitting in the back seat. The seats are so low that your knees would touch your chest ... lol
There is a cost to add the 3rd row. it is around $1700. Not sure if someone would pay for it unless they need it absolutely. It is a good option to have though.
