I think, but I can't swear, that it works when I went from Charlotte to Greensboro and I think the speed limit is 80 at one point. Nothing around here is more than 70 so I can't check it out again. Sorry. My Traffic Sign Recognition system will not read a speed sign above 70 MPH. Here in Texas there are legal speed limits of 75, 80, and 85. The system does not read above 70 MPH.
Anyone else having this problem?
Don't think so because my display changes just about the second it sees a speed limit sign.Does anyone think that the whole camera-based recognition is a hoax and it's all GPS-based?
I know my GPS will show the speed limit on each stretch of road, and the camera data is often 1/4 mi delayed.
