So finally it happened last Monday. I was driving in the forest in a muddy trail that was no issue at all, I could feel the car sliding etc but the suspension was high enough not to hit the belly and the AT tires were dealing with it. Then after a small incline I arrived to an area where the soil top 5cm was still frozen and it broke under the car, the rear got sucked in the mud specially the left rear and that was it.
Unable to dig the frozen soils and with a crazy amount of liquid mud under all 4 tires the track matts where ineffective and ended up calling for rescue. An expensive rescue I must say.
Great experience overall but I definitely need to avoid such expensive mistakes.

Just to add:

Even the monster Patrol GR got stock and had to use the winch to self rescue. On the way back to a better trail we got stock 3 more times, it took 3 hours to get to a safe area where we could drive off less than 1km away.
