Swan neck tow hook

My detachable/lockable tow hook has disappeared!
We used it to move the boat around the yard, went for linch and when I got home the hook was no longer there. Stolen? Fallen off?....
I have written to LR and asked at my local dealer and been told that the only solution would be to install a complete new tow bar at great expense.
Does anyone have any information as to where we could get a replacement hook or who it is who manufactures the actual hooks?
