Sport 2.2 2015 Vibration / Rumbling under torque
Looking for some help on this one.
Got a 2.2 2015 sport with 70k on the clock.
Typically when going up, or down, a gradient there can be occasions when you apply power you get a rumbling vibration noise which appears to be from around the front centre of the car (i.e tunnel area or engine).
There was an issue identified with the centre bearing on the prop shaft so that’s been replaced but it’s still there. All heat shields are supposedly tight. Engine mounts are , apparently, ok. But it does seem to be more pronounced when on an angle which is what made me initially suspect them.
Any thoughts on where to start looking for this? Local garage seems to be at a loss on to now.
