Today was the second time I filled up and like the first I notice what looked like smoke coming from the fuel filler. It's not smoke but vapor mist. Anyone else seen this?

I've heard of people on the Evoque forums have the same thing happen to them. Nothing to really worry about. Especially if the tank is more-so empty rather than full, it's just pushing out vapors built up. And this is why we don't smoke at gas stations lol

Vacuum inside tank with thermal expansion will cause vaporization of fuel.

Just don't misfuel with diesel - I am having a hard time remembering to switch over to gas after having driven diesel BMWs for the past 5 years...
