Just got back from a 2,000+ mile road trip from Texas to Colorado (and back). Have to say my DS performed flawlessly. Cruised on the highways at 70-75 mph without issue, and found that in cruise control accelerated nicely up inclines, etc. up in the mountains (spent a lot of time at 7,000 feet plus - up to about 9,000 feet). Was very comfortable on the long highway runs as well. Mileage ranged from about 25 mpg to over 30 mpg while cruising (better mileage was at elevation and cruising at about 70-72 mph interestingly).

This was my first long trip (longest prior was about 70 miles), and have to say was really pleased. Couldn't really find anything to complain about, and found for the first time that the turbo wasn't a bit annoying - probably due to the elevation.:)

Car runs great in the mountains to be sure. Turbo and engine most likely happy they got work a little harder and shake of the cobwebs.
