If the car is in drive do the reverse light go on dim? Also if you park the car and leave it for a short time do the lights finally go out?
No in drive the go off but in park they are a bit dimmer. When shut off and double locked they stay on. I can come back in an hour and they still be on.If the car is in drive do the reverse light go on dim? Also if you park the car and leave it for a short time do the lights finally go out?
Would be wierd if it were something wet. We haven't had rain in some time and the truck is parked in a garage. I was wondering if it were a reverse light switch in the tranny. Not sure if the disco has that or if it's incorporated into the electronic gear module, which was rebuilt last year due to the gear being stuck in reverse.Very strange,, I thought maybe they where getting a partial feed from the lighting circuit. Sounds like something is wet, but would be hard to trace down cheaply.
