Rattle Noise / Right Passenger Panel

I had the very same problem. I had the dealer take the panel off and the noise came right back. What is interesting is the rattle noise appears if the car is sitting in the sun. Its almost like something expands inside and causes the rattling noise. I have even put some pressure on that compartment as the glove box is under there as well. When I put pressure on this area the rattling stopped.
