Good Day from the Virgin Islands! I am hoping the group can assist with an issue on our '17 Discovery Sport HSE.

Due to COVID and Island Life, we recently wound up with a low battery that we have replaced.

After replacing the battery, now the Driver Side daytime running lights and turn signal do not function. The headlight still works, but the surrounding LED lights do not turn on. The issue is with the LED accents (the circular LED strip around the headlight and turn signal).

Our question, has anyone experienced this issue? Do we need to replace the unit surrounding the headlight? Or is this more likely an issue leading up to the unit?

Thank you for your time and suggestions!

First you would have to check for voltage at the light assembly to isolate the problem.

Since you just changed the battery I might try to reset the CPU. Disconnect the battery then wait a minute or longer and then touch the 2 cables together. Reconnect the battery, reset all your windows and radio and then try the lights.
