I purchased a new 2016 HSE LUX.

I have the rear seat noise as most of you have mentioned.

IS THERE A FIX FOR THIS YET?

HELP!

Yes. There is a fix for the squeaky noise from the back seat. I just had it done and no longer hear any squeaking.

However, when they were fixing the seat, they found a loose/broken piece of trim that want fully secure. Bringing it back today to replace that part today.

We also suffered from the squeaky back seat, but a couple of days before it was scheduled to go back to the dealer, it stopped and has not returned.

Hopefully yours will only be really annoying for a short time as mine was.
What did they do to fix the squeak?
Not sure exactly, I not mechanical at all, but the service guy said they tightened some bolts and maybe lubricated the track that the seat slides on?
My dealer applied the fix for the back seat but it still squeaks. I understand an engineer from JLR was going to look at a couple other DSs with the same issue. I haven't heard from them yet.

Are you able to upload the sound recording for the squeaks? My backseat squeaks sound like ticking, and it could be from 3rd row (or trunk). Thanks!
I will certainly try. It sounds like a bird chirping. I don't have a third row.
At 20k miles I'm getting a little more noise here and there but nothing too annoying yet.

Have you guys got a cargo cover? Mine squeaks badly sometimes, mostly when there is nothing back there for it to cover (I think my Disco likes it better when she is fully loaded for long trips). I stuck a folded shop towel in between the roller and the cover when it got really bad and voila no more squeak. Not very elegant but practical when there is nothing pushing up from under the cover to keep it in tension. [For what I paid for the **** thing you would think they could make a cargo cover that didn't squeak.]

You may want to review this thread: http://www.discoverysport.net/forum/land-rover-discovery-sport-general-discussion/3097-rattles.html Some welding may be involved and seems to particularly apply to Discos within a certain range of VIN#'s. I'm within that range but haven't experienced anything quite like what they are reporting.

No cargo cover for my DS.

My DS had the B-pillar ticking rattle (VIN is within that range), and the welding fix was done by the body shop.

Here is the back seat ticking noise I uploaded:
