Driver, and both rear windows seem to be fine doing one-touch up/down. Passenger window can do one-touch down, but not up.

Anyone play with it? Does it usually go up for you? Or is that 1 out of 8 combinations LR skipped out on?

It works for me. Sometimes I have to do it twice. But that is for all of them. I wonder if the safety system on it so it does not close on someone is sensative to wind.

But mine does work.

In the US, at least for me, I can lower all four with the remote by holding down the open lock button for 3 or 4 seconds. This doesn't work, though to close them all. However, if you hold the lock on the driver's door for 3 or 4 seconds, all will go up. Nice if someone forgets to close a window before exiting (like me sometimes). I think if you have Incontrol Remote/Protect (or one of the upgraded options), you can close them with your phone, but I only have InControl Apps, so I can't be sure.

Works for me... But as with all the other touch screen hard buttons, u gotta give it a good solid push, not just a tap.
Something to get used to... but not really a problem.

Thanks all - no matter how hard I pulled it didn't work. Guess will ask the dealer to look into it.

As for US regulation - my 2008 US Lexus RX350 had no trouble raising all windows from a remote...
