While driving my Discovery Sport in the Mud/Rut off-road mode a green bar icon appeared on my instrument panel. Does anyone know where I can find additional details regarding this icon?

That's the speed selector bar ( it may have a more technical term) by default I think it it set a 6mph but you can reduce it down to 3mph as it make off road driving easier providing there is no chance of sliding (ice) when I would tend to leave it at the default setting.
