Jaguar Land Rover has been reshuffling its performance tags recently. It appears that JLR now has plans to build SV-badged models that will slot below SVR-badged vehicles.
These SV vehicles are supposed to compete with AMG Sport models from Mercedes-Benz or the M Performance-labeled cars from BMW. The SV-badged vehicles will be targeting customers who can't afford the full SVO package. Expect a number of both cosmetic and mechanical changes to separate it from the standard model and the flagship halo models.
