The repair manual seems to indicate either a faulty head unit or a problem with the network (optical fibre) or similar (MOST)
It may be worth pulling associated fuses to see if a module is at fault. Not sure how many fuses there are, depends on spec. The main fuse is 21 (60amp) in battery junction box. There is also a fuse in the rear junction box fuse 12 (20amp).
Fuses 4 and 5 (15amp and 10amp) in the QCCM (below rear junction box) also in the boot affect the working as well. As there is power this would rule out the main fuses blowing, but it may be worth checking other associated fuses.
This is where a good scanner comes in handy to check for codes, but you need an oscilloscope or similar to check the operation of the network so a good auto electrician.
