How do I get this app to swap to fahrenheit and miles?

In Android it is Settings->Account info.
It is my hope that this is of some help.

For the iPhone, I can not change change between the English / Metric.

Maybe you can suggest that to the App Developer for their next update ?

Ios. Arrow over to Settings, ->my account -> units and date format.

Ah, brilliant! I would have never thought to look in "my account" for that.
