Hi all, its great to see a decent following already for the DS. We picked up a Indigo Silver with Black Pack last month primarily for my wife, however I find myself driving it quite often. More so, than my wife would like me too!!

I used to work at the Halewood plant as a design engineer back in 2002 through 2005 when it was still just a Jaguar facility, but transitioning to accommodate Land Rover as well for the LR2 (Freelander). So I feel a sense of connection with the DS.

So far I have already upgraded the wheels from the black 18" wheels to 20" wheels. If anyone is interested in my OEM gloss black 18" 5 split spoke style 511 wheels, PM me as I am about to advertise them for sale. They can be with OEM tires or without, and have less than 500 miles of use. Will make the perfect winter or off road set.

Catch you in the forum, cheers!

Welcome to the forum!

Did you get your DS at San Diego or Escondido LR ?

The DS drives so well I take it more often than my X5.;)

Much better road manners, great feel of the road, excellent suspension, and looks nice!

I was hooked when I saw the DS cars in the UK this past spring touring thru London, Wales, and Watford (Warner Brothers Harry Potter studio)
Wished I could have rented one but ended up with a Mercedes diesel A class which was a blast is where I saw a number of the diesel DS on the road...:D
