I just bought 02 discovery for my daughter. Unfortunately it has the 4.0 Buick engine. Before she even got her license and was able to drive it, it began to sputter like an exhaust manifold leak. I guess you know where this is going. My question is this. How impossible will it be to put a 350 engine and tranny in place of the inferior crap that's in it now?

Well, this is the new Discovery Sport forum. There might be someone here that can help BUT...Id head over to landroverworld.org or landroverforums.com and hit up the older Discovery sub forums or general forums. There are some extremely LR competent people over there.
