These below are quite popular in the UK, several positive feedbacks on Ebay.. Pictured are the 'Chrome' version, there is also a regular version with the same graphics and a smaller price tag>:D

They are nice. However, my tread plates light up in the front with "Discovery" so I don't think these would work with the lighted tread plates. ;-)
Yeah, I saw it on eBay while researching for the door sills, it looks very nice!
However since I am cheap, so I went for the other low end one from China (1/3 of the price) :D We will see how that one looks like when I receive it in the next couple of weeks.
Only downside to having that chrome is over time it's going to get scratched. While its still in good condition, looking into getting a plastic cover will help keep it looking good for years to come.
It looks really nice. Would I buy it though? No.

It is just a bell and whistle.

I'm also curious how exactly you go about installing them.
..the installation.. that 3M liquid is not a glue!..

'engraved' version by the way those in the pics.. available here:

Did you ever get these and install them? Happy?

I was thinking about these:

Door Sill Scuff Plate Insert Trim for Land Rover Discovery Sport 2014 2015 2016 | eBay

Not super flashy, but cheap and would look a lot nicer than the plastic finish currently. I can't believe they didn't include some kind of basic sill plate for the HSE model.

Yeap, the link you have is the same seller I bought mine from. I bought it with eBay/PayPal's $10 coupon last time. The shipping took 5 days only from China to California, so it was pretty fast.

It is made from real stainless steel, very well made. Although it does not look as "expensive" as the ones from Turkey seller, it is definitely worth it for 1/3 of the price.
Ordered mine last night, got the cargo sill plates too.

Was the instalation easy? Just clean the area and stick them on?

Yes, make sure you vacuum the areas, you don't want to trap any sands or small rocks under the plates.
Got mine last week. Super fast delivery and easy installation. They look great installed. For less than $100 for the four door sills and 2 lift gate sills, I'm very happy.
I ordered these as noted in the 1st post;

Very well made, very thick and the finish is super fine. The letters are raised and polished to a nice shine. Well worth the extra money for these.

The seller is very easy to work with and answers questions in a timely manner. I wish more eBay sellers were like them.

Easy to install. I'm very happy!!!

Do you need to remove the OEM plastics or do they just get installed over the plastic ones?
