been seeing some fantastic paint work on the calipers lately and got me really want to do something with mine. because I wanted a smooth finish with a bit of design on them, I recently volunteered my car for the caliper covers development for the new DS. a set of custom powder coated in white covers with black lettering - Discovery for front covers and Sport for rear are being made and sent to me by MGP. I will provide test fit photos to them and be sure to post photos on here as well. if you don't know what I'm talking about, here's the website:

Interesting. Didn't even think about that option. Let us know how it turns out. I might have to get some (although I don't think red would look good on my vehicle :) ).

I've seen covers before that look low quality for a high end car. Ones that seem like they would be appropriate for a Civic, you know?

As long as these ones look high quality though, I think it's a great idea.

Hi they actually used my car to develop the covers. They took a photo of the badge and matched the font for the cover. I don't know what it is sorry. But if you buy direct from them you can always tell them you want it done the same way as the prototype, if that's what you want. Yea I was struggling with red and white too but I'm super happy with white. It goes with the white and black theme and is different from most of painted calipers it there.

I can't order from calipercovers.com in Canada, but they seem to have an authorized dealer in Canada using the website calipercovers.ca I'm not sure if they will have access to your prototype, but I will contact them and see if their U.S. counterparts may be willing to share. Thanks for the information.

I didn't know you could order caliper covers ! That is so cool! Is the installation easy? I'm thinking of going red for mine (corris grey/black pack)

Just discovered (no pun intended) that these caliper covers will not work on 18-inch wheels due to clearance issues:crying:
