As we all know the "after"market for the DS is still very immature. I have tried a few other items that seem to work well (and some not so well) - I will post them at separate threads here - but any additional pointers would be great on this thread. Would like to Customize the truck a bit.

I am very interested in this topic and would like to share my photos as well when you start a thread. as for me, I've already installed more than a dozen aftermarket parts on my DS...mostly interior trims. they come in matte chrome finish, but I had them wrapped in carbon fiber. they look pretty cool.

Here is another item I got and installed - seems to hold up pretty well on my 5+2 DS' spare

Does anyone know of a after-market center arm rest for between the front seats.
It will have to fit on top of the current piece that slides open and looks almost like the original one.

Looking for something where I can slide the current cover open and place this center console over it.
It should be like the original one where it can open to put items in and also slide forward.

Does an item like this exist?

I've seen one sold on ebay. made in Italy. not sure if it slides though.

Bought a bunch of stuff of eBay: Chrome speaker rings, Stainless door sills & trunk sills, mud flaps (using front only) all for about $30-$40 each including ship. Nice lot to help dress up the interior on the cheap.

I'd love to get that retractable tow hook or some hitch that can be somewhat hidden.

Has anyone installed the side steps? I really like the look of them but wonder if they are a pain to step over on a daily basis. Also, does anyone know if they are electrically retractable or are they a rigid install? (I assume rigid?)
