Hello all,

I've tried to use my remote app to start my LR but I get an error message saying there's a window open.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the fact that I had both L/R door pillar rattles fixed?

LR suggests re-installing the app. The dealer says the LR software is up to date.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

I have.

I had to put all 4 windows down. Then one at a time put them all up. That did the trick. I think now and again it did it when I only put my window down a crack and then closed or closed them at the same time. My guess is the on board computer got confused.

Yes, same issue here as well.

Could not start remotely as the remote app said window was open when it was not.

Had to roll down then back up then retry the app.

Also noticed that it happens less if you update the app and operating system.
Mine is on 2 iPhones - both phones needed an App update to 1.65.0 (30) from the App store and and iOS update to 10.2.

Now it's much more accurate and not annoying when I need to remote start the car.
